Pumpkin Love (shameless plugs for new-found products)
I've always loved pumpkin pie, but ever since I tried my first pumpkin milkshake at a little mom and pop burger joint in Oregon I've been obsessed with pumpkin-flavored things in the fall.
For the last few years I've fulfilled my craving with pumpkin iced coffe from Dunkin Donuts (deee-lish), but this year I've found three new products that are a little easier on the pocketbook and healthier to boot:
Thomas's Bagels now has Pumpkin Bagels. (Even better than their seasonal cranberry ones.) Just don't toast them. The flavor is stronger when they're fresh.
Stash Tea has a pumpkin flavor that is wonderful.
Trader Joes has pumpkin flavored granola. Mmmm.
What about you? Any favorite fall food products?

Pumpkin tea? I am going to have to check that out.
ReplyDeleteI like the pumpkin smoothies at Jamba Juice, although considering the cost and whopping sugar content, they are not everyday treats.
see now, I just love pumpkin soup...but i do have a killer recipe for pumpkin cheesecake. yum. i think i gained five pounds just by thinking about that :(
ReplyDeleteMmmm...pumpkin bagels. Here's one thing that sucks about living in Canada: we don't get all the cool products you do in the U.S. Bummer. Happy that you get to enjoy all the pumpkiny goodness, though!
ReplyDeleteThe pumpkin blizzard at Dairy Queen is pretty tasty. Have to say, I've never liked the Pumpkin Latte at Starbucks (which I never thought I would ever say about anything pumpkin). It has a taste reminiscent of crayons. Not good.
I love pumping flavored things too. I'm gluten free but last week I seriously had to fight the the desire to have a pumpkin muffin. I bought the ingredients to make gluten free pumpkin bread.
ReplyDeletePumpkin Spice Lattes. PERFECT for a crisp fall day. And now I want one. I may have to sneak out to Starbucks. :)
