Road Trip Wednesday-Best Book of July

This Week's Topic:
What was the best book you read in July?

My favorite book this month, like last month, was a surprise. I found it for my A-Z Challenge in April in my search for "Z" YA titles, but it didn't come from the library in time to use it then. Still, I'm glad I went ahead and listened to it.

It's by Richard Mosher. About an orphaned Vietnamese girl raised in France and the WWII secrets she finds out about her adoptive grandfather...I know, not exactly a rush-right-out-and-buy-it premise, but trust me, it's a great book...and there is some romance involved.  :)

Come back Monday for my How Many Have You Read/Listened To Contest. I'll list all my July reads there, and for every one you've read you'll get and entry to win some great September pub date ARCS.

  3. Might be a rush-right-out-and-get-it for me, because I really like books set in the WWII era. Thanks for the rec!
